     We the undersigned by the consent and at the request of Henry Harris who is very aged and infirm and willing to divide out his property amongst his children and the representatives of his deceased daughter Winny Dillingham have this day met and made a full and complete division of all the Negroes and personal property of every description except a note held by said Harris on Isaac Duncan for three hundred and twenty-five dollars which said Harris retains himself. It is expressly and distinctly understood that all the conveyances for lands and deeds of gift for land made by said Harris to the parties signing hereto, are hereby confirmed and agreed to, let the defects of irregularity in them be what they may.
     The parties also agree to confirm the division and gifts of Negroes heretofore made to the parties hereto respectively. Each party hereto acknowledges to have received their respective full share of land, Negroes and personal property of the whole estate of the said Henry Harris. It is expressly understood that this is a full and final settlement and acquittance between the parties hereto.
